All of our posters are manufactured to order, so-called “print on demand”. With the purchase of print on demand products, the right of return ceases when production of the product has commenced.
How much is the shipping cost?
If you shop for less than SEK 499, a shipping fee of SEK 69 will be added.
How long will delivery take?
Our delivery time is usually 5-7 working days from the order date.
I have received the wrong poster. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the Returns Process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.
The poster I ordered is faulty or damaged. What do I do?
If the item you have purchased is faulty please send an email to: email@example.com and include your order number with a photo and description of the faulty/damaged product. A customer service team member will then be in touch with you regarding the Returns process. Please do not send faulty product back without contacting us.
What kind of paper are the posters printed on?
The posters are printed on matte, 200 g, coated premium paper. The paper is aging-resistant with a matte surface for a high-quality feel. with no glare.
